Unlocking the Power Within - PART II: Living as Energy

In Part I, I shared how energy healing — and a spiritual awakening — changed the trajectory of my life. I spoke of the body’s energetic intelligence, and the miracle of healing scoliosis — not through logic or surgery, but through surrender, presence, and alignment with something greater. That experience cracked the surface — and what followed was a deeper, messier, more mysterious journey.
That deeper journey wasn’t about a single healing moment — it was about learning to live inside the mystery. To listen beyond appearances. To attune not only to what hurt, but to what was asking to be remembered. Over time, I came to realize: I wasn’t just receiving energy. I was energy — and the more I honored that truth, the more my life began to transform from the inside out.
And so this next part is an invitation — to live as energy. To walk through the world attuned not just to the physical and mental, but to the deeper movements of feeling, thought, and belief. These aren’t abstract concepts. They are the primary currents shaping our lives.
We are not just a body and a brain. We are feeling beings. Thinking beings. Believing beings. Most of what we are — energetically — cannot be seen. However, it’s from that unseen space that our reality is born.

Even in cultures that speak of energy, we are trained to act and analyze, to chase results and external validation, over the subtleties of our inner worlds. Yet true creative power lives in the subtle: in the space behind our reactions, in the resonance beneath our words, in the patterns that repeat until we feel them fully. Energy doesn’t lie — but we are taught to lie to ourselves, just to function. That’s what we’re here to unlearn.
True healing isn’t linear. It calls us to slow down — to listen inward, to notice where we are still divided inside. Where the body holds tension, where the breath shortens, where our energy tightens or hides. Healing invites us to reclaim the sacred voices we buried to survive — especially in a world that never taught us how to honor intuition or emotion.
From 1999–2008, thoughts that once looped endlessly began to dissolve — not because I fought them, but because I stopped believing them. Inherited beliefs — from family, culture, religion — revealed themselves not as truths, but as energetic bindings I could dissolve. That re-patterning prepared me for what came next: a deeper passage I didn’t yet have words for.
The body became my compass. Not just in dramatic healing moments, but in small daily signals: a subtle contraction when something wasn’t aligned, a breath of peace when it was. Where once I overrode the body to please others or meet expectations, I knew within to pause and feel. Energy was expressed through tension, anger, tears, triggers, and goose bumps. It was a language — and my body understood it long before my mind caught up.
I also found that I could shift physical discomfort or illness when I brought awareness to the feelings, thoughts, or beliefs beneath it. After all, they are forms of spiritual energy, each carrying a frequency that shapes what we attract, what we tolerate, and what we create. When we align them — not in perfection, but presence — we become conscious co-creators. Not just in theory, but in our nervous systems, in our choices, and in how we meet the world.

Then, from 2009 to 2024, my outer life fell apart in nearly every way — not because I was lost, but because I was freeing myself. It wasn’t confusion — it was devotion. I wasn’t circling — I was excavating. I was clearing timelines older than anyone around me could recognize. Yet because they couldn’t see the invisible, they judged the visible. I was called “stuck” more times than I can count — yet, I was transforming not just my own energy, but the collective field.
The past remains a pattern until we see how deep the stream runs — and clear it. I was holding patterns beyond others' comprehension and walking through a soul passage that demanded everything. Just because they couldn't share my journey or understand it, didn't make it less real. I share this not to justify the pain, but to offer grace to anyone walking it now. Beyond your unseen guidance, you are not alone.
Healing doesn’t always look radiant. Sometimes, it feels like rolling — once again — through the same emotional mud. However, mud is rich ground. And if you’ve ever been told you’re “too messy” or “too much,” just remember: lotus flowers bloom in swamps, not manicured gardens. Wipe the sludge from your third eye, laugh a little, and carry on.

This path was never meant to be pristine, and it isn’t the path for everyone either. Some will never feel called to it. Yet, for those of us who do — often unwillingly at first — it becomes a kind of soul contract. A refining fire. And once it’s begun, we cannot return to living on the surface. The energy keeps moving. No need to pretend it’s pleasant. It is potent, and it knows how to break things open so something holy can take root.
Listening Like Energy Does — A Superpower Hidden in Sensitivity

Energetic listening had always been a quiet superpower for me. I could tune into a room, feel the unsaid, and pick up on the invisible waves between people — even before I had words for it. Yet, I didn’t always trust it. Like many sensitive beings, I learned to override what I felt due to my conditioning to push my intuition and emotion downward and under the rug. After my initiation, something shifted. The clarity that had always been there deepened—and I began to honor it as truth. I could feel the tension behind someone’s words, the emotional absence beneath a smile, or the subtle moment when my system picked up something that wasn’t mine. It wasn’t judgment — it was attunement. I was learning to feel the field — and to trust my inner truth more than the cues I’d once been trained to obey.
So, while this deeper journey cost me much comfort, it gave me clarity, sovereignty, and a spiritual partnership I couldn’t have imagined. I'm still integrating, but I know that the treasures we take with us when our life is over come from embracing and turning into gold what we’ve been given rather than seeking to flee from what we don't like at first blush. Sometimes the mining takes a while — especially when you’re in a cave, digging through timelines others can’t see — but that, too, is part of how we heal the field.
Even after all of that, one day I caught a familiar thought: “You’re not doing enough.” It was so subtle I almost missed it. Yet this time, instead of rushing to prove myself or spiraling into guilt, I paused. I asked where it came from — and realized it wasn’t mine. It belonged to the culture of overdoing… to the lineage of women who had to earn their right to rest. I breathed it out. I reclaimed my space. That’s energetic re-patterning, too.
What I’ve learned is this:
Healing doesn’t always feel good — sometimes it feels like everything’s falling apart.
Your feelings are not “too much.” They are messengers, not mistakes.
Thoughts are not facts. They are energetic echoes — often of past fears, inner narratives, or ancestral noise. You can clear and rewire them.
Beliefs aren’t just ideas — they are energetic contracts. You can rewrite them.
Presence is the greatest power we have. It recalibrates everything.

This is what living from energy truly is — not forcing change, but liberating the energy behind our deepest imprints: the thoughts we inherited, the feelings we were never allowed to feel, the beliefs we unknowingly agreed to. Ending the trance by transcending it. It’s not about perfection — it’s about participation. Showing up honestly in our own energy field, and meeting ourselves there.
In the next part of this series, I’ll speak more about energetic boundaries, pattern clearing, and emotional freedom. But for now, let this land:
We are more than our history.
We are more than our pain.
We are way more than what the world has told us.
We are energy.
We are sacred.
And the power within us is real.
Rest if you need to. Cry if you must. Yet never forget — you are not alone in this field. Others are walking beside you in silence and in strength, learning the language of energy, one breath at a time.
We were never meant to do this alone, and yet many of us do — especially those walking as energetic pioneers. If you’ve felt unseen, projected upon, or cast out for your sensitivity or truth, I want you to know: you’re not broken. You’re blazing a trail.
Thank you for visiting my energetic home.
May it reflect something true in you.

When we remember ourselves as Divine Creators,
healing becomes not only possible but inevitable.
And perhaps the most sacred remembering of all:
We were never broken.
We were always Divine Creators in disguise.
